The hosting provider processes technically necessary data (including IP addresses, server log files, meta and communication data) on my behalf to provide the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically secure, efficient and stable provision of the online service). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with ALL-INKL.COM. The servers are located in Germany.

3. Access data (server log files)

When you access this website, information is automatically collected by the hosting provider and stored in a log file (server log files). This includes:

Shortened IP address of the accessing computer — the address is truncated at the time of storage, 11.22.33.44 becomes 11.22.0.0 —, date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, transferred data volume, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL (previously visited page), name of the accessing provider.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an error-free operation of the website and defence against attacks). Storage takes place for a maximum of 7 days; the log files are then deleted. An aggregated access statistic is generated from the log files, such as the number of page views and referring pages. It does not allow any conclusions about individual persons. No combination with other data sources takes place.

4. Contact

If you contact me by email or telephone, your information (name, contact details, content of the request) will be stored for processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

The data you provide will be deleted once processing is complete and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax law, typically 6–10 years) apply.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies or local browser storage. No tracking or analytics cookies are set.

6. Fonts

The "Poppins" font used on this website is served locally from our own server. No connection to external font services (such as Google Fonts) is made, and your IP address is not transmitted to any third party.

7. Link to LinkedIn

This website contains a link to my LinkedIn profile. Data transmission to LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Dublin, Ireland) only takes place when you actively click the link. In that case, the LinkedIn privacy policy applies.

8. Rights of data subjects

You have the right at any time to:

information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
